Georgia Colón
Creator and CEO
Prior to launching Herban Roots in 2014, Georgia plied her trade as a part-time musician, teaching piano and singing professionally. She has pursued various creative businesses in the past, but formulating natural skin care has become her passion. She wears many hats for the company, but her favorite is the research and development of new product.In addition to raising her and Michael's 4 children, she is working on turning their land into a sustainable organic farm and community garden.
Michael Colón
CFO, Head of Moral Support, General Grunt Labor
With a background in insurance and currently employed as a Marketing Director for a financial institution, Michael is a born salesman and entrepreneurial investor. He hopes to soon make Herban Roots his full-time career and use it to fund future business and investment endeavors.
Outside of work, Michael's passions are snowboarding, traveling, camping, and spending time with friends and family. He and Georgia have been happily honeymooning since 2008.
Aura Paige
Production Assistant
Growing up on Long Island, Aura got her first job in a small, family business at the age of 6...in her parents' screen printing company. Her studies in Marine Biology and Child Development led her (naturally) to become a stay-at-home mom and homeschool teacher. As a mother of four, Aura discovered the tremendous value of healthy, natural products and home remedies, and has shamelessly embraced a hippie-granola lifestyle.
In her free time, you can find Aura...hold on...**laughing**...I'm sorry..."free time" - Ha! That's funny.
